Error Codes
An EN or ER code is an error message usually indicating the circuit sensors have become corroded by minerals or calcium that is in your water. If you have hard water, this can happen quickly. Even tap water will have a small percentage of calcium that cannot be removed 100%. Another problem could be an internal issue. Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do to resolve the issue, the entire power pack will have to be repaired or replaced.
